I am a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and a Senior Lecturer at King’s College London.
Between 2015 and 2017, I completed a two-year clinical research fellowship with the Head and Neck Unit at The Royal Marsden Hospital and the Institute of Cancer Research. My research focused on how advanced radiotherapy techniques — including intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) — can reduce treatment-related side effects and improve patients’ quality of life. I was awarded an MD for this work, which has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at international conferences.
After completing my training, I was appointed as a Consultant Clinical Oncologist at The Royal Marsden Hospital, specialising in the treatment of head and neck and thyroid cancers. I spent a year in that role before joining Guy’s and St Thomas’ in 2019.
